ERIC BUTOS:  Eric grew up in the Oakley area and now lives in Brentwood with his wife, where they raised their three daughters. He has actively participated in various ministries at his church, holding leadership roles such as on the parish council and stewardship committee. With over 30 years of experience in the computer storage industry, Eric is currently a Director at Western Digital. He has also been involved in caring for his mother, who was diagnosed with dementia over 10 years ago.

MIKE GRIMES: SAV President Mike is a Licensed Speech Pathologist and a retired educator with deep connections to Discovery Bay and Brentwood. He has extensive experience in developing programs for youth ranging from preschool to high school and has authored therapeutic children's workshop books. As his wife battled Alzheimer's disease, Mike became dedicated to supporting Alzheimer’s research and currently serves as an Ambassador to Jacky Rosen of Nevada.

LISA KIMBLE: Respite Executive Director, SAV Treasurer Lisa has been a resident of the Delta region since 1998 and lives in Discovery Bay. She founded the Respite Program for SAV and established the DLC during the COVID-19 school closures. With a background as a business owner and extensive bookkeeping and accounting experience, Lisa has also worked with local restaurants. A mother of four and grandmother of two, she has volunteered for various fundraising committees and community events over the past three decades.

MICHAEL RIGSBY: Michael has been a licensed Renovation Contractor and Developer in California since 2010. is the CEO of KMR Consulting, which he co-founded with his wife Kirsten to assist local non-profits. As the contractor of record for Youth Employment Partnership, Michael supports workforce development for youth in Oakland and has been serving on Contra Costa County's Advisory Council on Aging since 1.

JEFF UNALP: Jeffrey Unalp has been a CPA in California since 1990 and became an attorney in 2005. He is the sole owner of Unalp CPA Group, Inc. and Unalp Law, Inc., holding degrees from the University of Southern California and the University of San Francisco. He is a Certified Non-Profit Specialist and primarily provides outsourced accounting services, while also preparing tax returns and representing clients before various tax authorities. Note: Jeff serves as an advisor to the board, not as a sitting member.

MARIA XIARIS: Maria resides in a nearby community with her two nearly adult children. She was the founding director and active volunteer for Clayton Valley Village, a non-profit supporting neighbors aging in place. Currently, she works as a Special Ed teacher for children with varying disabilities. Maria has prior experience as a manager and human resource director for National Casualty and Intel, as well as an independent consultant for Franklin Covey. Her personal connection to dementia caregiving stems from her husband's battle with FTD before his passing in late 2021.
